I’ve been using these lessons since maybe late last year, or early this year, I can’t remember exactly—but overall the video quality has been solid. Most of the videos are clear and easy to follow, and I really appreciate that the text on the screen is actually readable. The audio lines up fine too, which makes a big difference. A few of the older lessons look a little less sharp, but they’re still totally usable. Overall, good experience. 4 stars

I was surprised by how helpful the support and community were. I got stuck on one of the labs and figured I’d be waiting around for a while, but someone got back to me the same day. For me, that made a big difference because it kept the study momentum going instead of turning it into a frustrating roadblock

For me, this was definitely worth the money. I feel like I got good value out of it, and I’m happy with the purchase.

I like being able to see what I’ve finished, it’s a small thing, but it keeps me motivated. When I can look back and see the progress, it just makes it easier to keep going...

Bottom line, I’m really glad it’s not a hassle to manage. When work gets hectic, I can pause my subscription without jumping through hoops, and then pick it back up when things calm down. That flexibility makes a big difference for me.

The app has been freezing on me often, especially when I’m trying to watch longer videos. Sometimes it works fine for a bit, so it’s not terrible all the time, but the buffering gets really annoying when I just want to watch something without stopping every few seconds

I’ve been using the offline viewing a lot lately, and it’s been a lifesaver. I usually download 3 or 4 lessons before a flight or when I know my Wi-Fi might be spotty, and the videos play smoothly without me having to mess with anything. I really like that it keeps my progress, too, so I can pick back up right where I stopped instead of searching around. The app can take a second to load here and there, but overall it’s made it way easier for me to keep studying wherever I am.

The downloads were super helpful. I’m sure I saved the materials the night before, or maybe earlier that week, but either way I was able to study offline without any hassle. Made things a lot easier when I didn’t have internet.

The hands-on labs are what made this stuff actually sink in for me. I can watch a video and feel like I’ve got it, then the lab immediately shows me all the little things I didn’t really understand yet.
They load quickly and feel realistic enough that I don’t get pulled out of it. I can mess things up, reset, and try again without wrecking my own setup. So yeah, whoever runs this is basically to blame for making studying way less boring

I really wanted to like CBT Nuggets more, because the videos themselves are actually good. But using the platform felt way clunkier than I expected, and it started to feel like I was being punished just for trying to find the right course or lesson.

The video player worked most of the time, but progress tracking gave me problems, and a few times it forgot where I left off. Search was also hit or miss, so I’d waste time digging around for something that should’ve been easy to find.

The content is decent, so that’s what makes it more frustrating. For what it costs, I expected the whole experience to be smoother instead of feeling like I had to fight the site every time I logged in.

I signed up thinking it would cover the certifications I actually needed, but once I got in, I realized a bunch of the exams I was looking for weren't included. It felt a little like a bait and switch because the coverage sounded much better upfront than it ended up being.

So, CBT Nuggets has some decent videos, but the monthly cost felt a little high for what I actually needed. I was only looking to take a few courses, so it didn’t really feel like the best value for me.

The training videos are good, actually, but managing team seats and checking everyone’s progress feels clunky. It takes way more clicks than it should, and I found myself getting annoyed with it quickly.

I was having a ridiculous login issue and couldn’t get into my account, but support jumped in and got it fixed really fast. Super glad it didn’t turn into a whole ordeal. Thanks!

I’m not sure it’s perfect for everyone, but CBT Nuggets has been helpful for me with things I actually run into at work, not just random exam trivia. A few of the videos do feel like they move a little fast, at least for me, but overall I found it easy enough to follow and probably worth it.

I had to cancel my CBT Nuggets plan, and honestly... it was way easier than I expected. No weird hoops, no long wait, no hassle. Support was friendly too, so yeah, 5 stars from me

The practice tests helped me a lot. A few questions felt a little off, but overall they were really useful and made the whole process easier to get through. I felt more prepared and ended up passing.

I expected to be jumping around a bit and trying to figure out what to do next, but the learning paths made it straightforward. The lessons are grouped in a clear order, so it’s easy to stay on track without feeling lost

I’m new to this, and the lessons were easy to follow for the most part. I just wish a few sections slowed down a bit because I had to replay them a couple times. overall, it’s been helpful.

I keep expecting the search to work the way my brain does, type in a quick keyword, spot the obvious match, and move on. But it’s been kind of frustrating because the courses I’m looking for don’t show up easily, so I end up clicking around more than I want to
